The island of St. Barts is part of France. All EEC Citizens need is their national identity card. But in order to travel to the neighboring islands, a valid passport will be needed. No vaccinations are required. American and Canadian citizens must provide themselves either with a passport, or of a certificate of birth and a document with photograph of identity and of a ticket return.
Special VISA requirements for the French islands is required is required for certain countries such as South Africa - Brasil - Colombia - Dominican Republic - Georgia - India - Marocco - Peru - Russia ....)
